Vin de France "oséRosé"

Round and fruity on the palate, this indulgent wine can be drunk whenever you feel like it!

Beneath its dark pink robe, this wine harbours a bouquet of perfectly ripe red fruit. Crisp and refreshing on attack thanks to the plentiful, lively bubbles, the fruity Côt grape variety leads to a lusciously mellow finish. An enjoyable wine on its own whatever the occasion, it is also perfect with pre-dinner nibbles or dessert.

  • Laying down potential: between 2 and 3 years

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Direct pressing using a pneumatic press and cold racking of the must at 6°C.
Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation for no more than one week, so that only the fruity aromas are extracted.
Racking then cold stabilisation to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Kieselguhr filtration before being transported to the jobbing winemaker who applies the MéthodeTraditionnelle(Traditional Method).
After stacking in bottles on their sides and disgorging, the wine is stored in our cellars.
