Delicate at heart, this very dry wine is perfect for all your special occasions.

Boasting a fine stream of vigorous, persistent bubbles and a straw-yellow robe, this wine offers up a bouquet redolent of brioche with exotic fruit and white flower aromas. It is so refreshing and balanced on the palate with such a silky-smooth mousse that this is an enjoyable wine as an apéritif, during a reception with savoury appetisers or at any time during a celebratory meal.

  • ABV: 12.5%
  • Soil: Flinty clay
  • Grape variety: Chenin 100%
  • Best served at 8°C.
  • Laying down potential: between 1 and 3 years

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Direct pressing using a pneumatic press and cold racking of the must at 6°C.
Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (17°C) for up to a fortnight followed by racking and cold stabilisation to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Afterbottling and fermentation, the wine is stacked horizontally for at least twelve months.
After disgorging, the wine is stored in our cellars.
