What makes this Sauvignon wine distinct is its aromas of boxwood and blackcurrant buds. Generous and long on the palate, it will pair well with appetisers and fish.

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Direct pressing using a pneumatic press and cold racking of the must at 6°C.
Low-temperature (17°C) alcoholic fermentation for up to a fortnight followed by racking and cold stabilisation to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Cross-flow filtration then storage in fibre and stainless steel tanks before transferring to bag-in-box containers.
