The character of this wine comes across in its highly expressive bouquet.

The blackcurrant aromas on first taste round off to a tightly knit, tannic finish. Serve with cheese or meat in gravy and you havea match made in heaven!

Available in 5- and 10-litres bag-in-box packaging.

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Placed in stainless steel vats for alcoholic fermentation at 25°C for 7 or 8 days
Pressing and blending of the first press juice with the free-run juice.
Malolactic fermentation at 20°.
Wine is cold-stabilised to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Cross-flow filtration then storage in fibre and stainless steel tanks before transferring to bag-in-box containers.
