Supple and round on the palate, it is a sociable wine that marries effortlessly with appetisers, poultry and even fish.

Available in 5- and 10-litres bag-in-box packaging.

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Placed in stainless steel vats for alcoholic fermentation at 25°C for 5 days
Pressing and blending of the first press juice with the free-run juice.
Malolactic fermentation at 20°.
Wine is cold-stabilised to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Cross-flow filtration then storage in fibre and stainless steel tanks before transferring to bag-in-box containers.
