Fruity fragrance

This rosé has a wonderfully fruity bouquet. After a mellow attack, the wine exhibits a solid structure on the palate. Its supple body make it an easy wine to enjoy all year round, going with cold prepared meats, grilled meat, Mediterranean-style dishes or simply as a chilled drink beforedinner.

Availablein 5- and 10-litres bag-in-box packaging.

  • Best served at: 8 to 10°C.

Mechanical harvesting using a de-stemmer.
Direct pressing using a pneumatic press and cold racking of the must at 6°C.
Low-temperature (17°C) alcoholic fermentation for up to a fortnight followed by racking and blending of three grape varietiesand cold stabilisation to encourage tartrate crystals to precipitate out.
Cross-flow filtration then storage in fibre and stainless steel tanks before transferring to bag-in-box containers.
